3.1 Regional Manufacturing: BOM operates through a network of regional production and fulfilment facilities in the UK, Europe, and North America. Orders are directed to the facility nearest to the delivery address, minimising transit distance and environmental impact.
3.2 Material Standards: We exclusively use 100% certified organic cotton and lead-free ceramics. Slight natural variations in colour, print placement, or ceramic finish are inherent to these materials and processes and do not constitute defects.
3.3 Quality Standards: All Artefacts supplied by BOM will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4.1 Pricing Structure: All prices are listed in GBP.
– UK Orders: Prices include UK VAT at the current rate.
– Non-UK Orders (EU & International): UK VAT is excluded for delivery locations outside the United Kingdom. You, as the buyer, are the Importer of Record and are solely responsible for all applicable local customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country or jurisdiction. BOM accepts no liability for such costs.

6.3 Passing of Risk: As per Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Artefacts stay at our risk until they are delivered. Once delivered to your specified address, the risk passes to you. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you at the time of ordering.
6.4 Non-Delivery: If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@beautyofmind.net. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
6.5 Refused Delivery: If you refuse delivery for any reason, including avoiding customs fees or import duties, any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

7.3 Return Logistics: Returns are directed to the regional facility of origin. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for Artefacts lost in return transit.
7.4 Refunds: Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the returned Artefact, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund where an Artefact is returned in a diminished condition due to unnecessary handling.
7.5 Defective or Incorrect Artefacts:
