Accepted payment methods
You can pay securely using:

– Klarna (buy-now-pay-later, where available)

We do not store your full card details on our servers. Payments are processed by regulated third-party providers using industry-standard encryption.
VAT and currency
– UK orders: Prices include UK VAT at the current rate.
– Non-UK orders: UK VAT is not charged at checkout.
Your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion fee if you pay from a non-GBP account.
You, as the customer, are responsible for any local VAT, customs duties, or import charges applied by your country’s authorities on delivery.
When you are charged
Payment is taken at the time of ordering. Your order will not be processed until payment has been authorised.
No hidden fees
In accordance with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, the price shown at checkout is the final amount charged by Beauty Of Mind.
We do not add surprise “service fees” or similar charges during checkout.
Processing Time
– Processing typically takes 3-5 business days.
– Processing begins after payment confirmation.
– You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs
– We provide free shipping worldwide.
Delivery Address
– You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
– We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
– If you need to change your address, contact us immediately. We will try to update the delivery details, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Tracking
– A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
– You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
– Contact us if there is no movement in the tracking for more than five business days.
Undelivered Orders
If your order is returned to us due to:
– An incorrect address (your mistake)
– Delivery refusal
– Unclaimed after delivery attempts
You may be liable for reshipping costs or eligible for a partial refund (minus the original shipping fee).
Customs, duties and local taxes
– Local customs authorities may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees.
– These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
– If you refuse delivery to avoid these charges, any return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your refund.
We want you to be happy with your Artefact. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
14‑day cancellation / change‑of‑mind
If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.
How to start a return:
1. Email us at info@beautyofmind.net within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your name and order number.
3. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.
Condition of returned items
To receive a refund, Artefacts must be:
– Unused and unwashed
– Free from scent (e.g., perfume, smoke)
– In their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
If an item is returned with clear signs of wear, washing, damage, or odour, we may refuse the refund or apply a reasonable deduction.
Who pays for return shipping?
– For change‑of‑mind or wrong size / preference returns, you cover the return shipping costs.
– We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
– Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
– We may reduce the refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your Artefact arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
1. Contact us at info@beautyofmind.net within 14 days of delivery.
2. Attach clear photos of the issue and include your order number.
If we confirm a fault or error, we will:
– Offer a replacement at no extra cost, or
– Issue a full refund.
This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or design, please:
1. Return the original Artefact for a refund, then
2. Place a new order for the item you prefer.
